Karmøy kommune ønsker å inngå rammeavtale som omfatter levering av nøkkel-, beslag-, og låsearbeider samt materiell.Låsearbeidet gjelder utskifting, reparasjon og vedlikeholdsarbeider på oppdragsgivers bygningsmasse når det gjelder låsekasser, låssystemer og dørautomatikk.Materiell leveransen gjelder i hovedsak nøkler og beslag, samt deler og utstyr til låssystemer.Estimert verdi av kontrakten i avtaleperioden er ca. 15 millioner kroner hvis opsjons årene benyttes. Avtalerperioden er 2 år med 1+1 i opsjons år.
