NRK ønsker å inngå avtale med et mediebyrå med strategisk kompetanse og relevant erfaring innen merkevarebygging, markedsføring, målstyring og medievalg.Konkurransen gjennomføres som en konkurranse med forhandlinger, jf. LOA/FOA Del III. Konkurransen gjennomføres i to trinn. Konkurransen innledes med en kvalifiseringsfase (trinn 1). Bare de leverandører som oppfyller kvalifikasjonskravene og har blitt invitert til tilbudsfasen (trinn 2) vil få anledning til å inngi tilbud.
