Formålet med rammeavtalen er å tilknytte seg en partner som skal levere og tilby tjenester tilknyttet oppdragsgivers behov for: • Anskaffelse av programvarelisenser og skytjenester (herunder SaaS, PaaS og IaaS) • Dataplattformer og analyseløsninger • Vedlikehold og forvaltning av lisenser og skyabonnementer • Lisens- og kostnadsrådgivning FTF ønsker at leverandøren skal kunne tilby rådgivningstjenester knyttet til produktene i avtalen, herunder teknisk rådgivning, beste praksis, migrering og implementeringsstøtte. FTF står fritt til å benytte seg av slike tjenester gjennom denne avtalen eller gjennom andre avtaler. Avtalen skal sikre at FTF har de mest hensiktsmessige og økonomisk gunstige avtalene til enhver tid, uavhengig av prismodell. Leverandør må ha bred kompetanse innen moderne skyplattformer og dataplattformer, samt tilgang til et bredt produktspekter fra ledende leverandører.
