Intensjonskunngjøring av inngåelse av rammeavtale for levering av FASTlab-kassetter
St. Olavs hospital HF (org.nr. 883 974 832), Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge (org.nr. 983 974 899) og Helse Bergen HF (org.nr 983 974 724) har til intensjon å inngå en 4-årig rammeavtale med GE Healthcare AS for levering av FASTlab-kassetter til bruk med GE FASTlab 2 Synthesizer Module. Anskaffelsens totale verdi er anslått til å være 7,5 MNOK eks. mva. Det planlegges kontraktsinngåelse med GE Healthcare 10 dager etter publisering av denne kunngjøringen. Det foreligger en monopolsituasjon i markedet, da det ikke finnes andre aktuelle leverandører enn GE Healthcare AS som kan levere tilsvarende kassetter. GE Healthcare AS er eneste produsent av disse produktene, og anskaffelsen kan derfor gjennomføres uten forutgående kunngjøring i henhold til forskrift om offentlige anskaffelser (FOA) § 13-4 første ledd bokstav b. For å sikre transparens publiseres det en frivillig intensjonskunngjøring i tråd med FOA § 21-5.
