Oppdragsgiver skal inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør for kjøp av kjemikalier, service og vedlikehold samt rådgivning - badetekniske installasjoner/anlegg.

Oslobygg KF har per i dag en portefølje bestående av idretts- og publikumsbad samt skolebad. Porteføljen inneholder også bad som driftes kun i sesong. Flere nye badeanlegg er planlagt ferdigstilt de neste årene. Porteføljen vil være dynamisk og badeanlegg kan tas ut eller legges til ved behov. Nærmere beskrivelse og oversikt over anlegg knyttet til eiendomsporteføljen til Oslobygg KF fremgår av vedlegg 1.

Oppdragsgivers antatte behov for kjemikalier til badetekniske anlegg samt service, vedlikehold og rådgivning er estimert til 12 millioner NOK eks mva pr. år. Dette tilsvarer 48 millioner NOK eks mva over rammeavtalens tidsperiode på 4 år. For å ta høyde for uforutsette forhold som kan gi økt forbruk settes det et maksimum beløp på kr 60 millioner NOK eks mva i hele rammeavtaleperioden.
