Selskapet har også eierposter i fellesforetakene Drammen Fjernvarme (50 %) og Fredrikstad Fjernvarme (57%).Oslofjord Varme ble grunnlagt i 1989 og har, inkludert fellesforetakene, et årlig salg av varme på ca. 376 GWh og kjøling ca. 63 GWh.
