Anskaffelsens formål er å dekke Mattilsynets behov for strategisk lederutvikling.For ett år siden endret Mattilsynet organisering fra regioner og tradisjonell linje til nasjonale divisjoner og myndiggjorte team. Vi rekrutterte over 40 nye ledere, noe som tilsvarer godt over halvparten av alle lederne i Mattilsynet. De nye lederne kom inn med ulik ledererfaring og med bakgrunn fra både offentlig og privat sektor. I prosessen reduserte vi det totale antallet ledere, og for en del ledere har dette gitt større lederspenn.
