Oslobygg eier og forvalter og drifter et større antall isanlegg i Oslo, porteføljen består av ishaller og utendørs isflater og andre kuldetekniske installasjoner forbundet med Oslobygg KF. Ishallene og isflatene er i hovedsak leid ut til etater og virksomheter i Oslo kommune. Hvilke anlegg som er i drift, vil variere igjennom sesongen og året.

Oslobygg KF skal inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør for service og vedlikehold på/av kulde- og varmepumpetekniske anlegg; herunder også rådgivning tilknyttet disse.
