Oppdragsgiver skal inngå en parallell rammeavtale med inntil tre (3) leverandører, for rørleggerarbeider av alle typer, herunder vedlikehold, rehabilitering og nye installasjoner innenfor Oppdragsgivers eiendomsmasse, som består av ca. 130 000 m2 kommunale formålsbygg, ca. 25 300 m2 kommunale boliger fordelt på ca. 300 boliger samt ca. 9.200 m2 bygg som ikke benyttes i kommunal tjenesteproduksjon.
