Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt (FFI) heretter benevnt Oppdragsgiver skal inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør for mottak av avfall. Herunder kommer håndtering, omlasting, transport, lagring ogsluttbehandling av avfallet. Leverandøren overtar ansvaret for avfallet etter henting ved FFI.
