Anskaffelsen gjelder en rammeavtale for kjøp av komplette, fabrikkmonterte utendørs skjermenheter, levert klargjort for tilkobling av strøm og nettverk («ren utstyrsleveranse»). Rammeavtalens maksimale varighet vil være fire år. Det vil bli inngått rammeavtale med en leverandør. Det vises til Bilag 1 Kravspesifikasjon for nærmere beskrivelse av leveransen.
