Dette er en åpen anbudskonkurranse for etablering av rammeavtale for anskaffelse av komplette tråler og tilhørende utstyr. Leveransen omfatter komplette tråler, trålredskaper og tilhørende utstyr. Anskaffelsen deles opp i to delkontrakter, hvor delkontrakt 1 omfatter bunntråler og delkontrakt 2 pelagisk/flytetrål. Oppdragsgiver vil tilstrebe at andelen kjøp av tilhørende utstyr fordeles likt mellom begge delkontraktene.Forskningsfangsten hos Oppdragsgiver benytter to hovedtyper av trål: bunntrål og pelagisk trål/flytetrål. Tabell 1 under, viser hvilke tråler som benyttes på de ulike fartøyene, samt en beskrivelse av tilhørende utstyr. Se også vedlagte tegninger for de ulike tråltypene i bilag 6-25. Det er viktig at trålene er produsert nøyaktig i henhold til spesifikasjon, med maskestørrelse, trådtykkelse og trådmateriell som beskrevet. Fraktkostnad skal alltid inkluderes i pristilbudet på tråler og trålredskaper.
