Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid KO, inviterer til åpen anbudskonkurranse for rammeavtale for kjøp av lisenser, her under kjøp, leie, vedlikehold, supplering, administrasjon, forvaltning og rådgivning m.m. til oppdragsgiver sine medlemskommuner. Avtalen omfatter volumlisensavtaler og retter seg mot forhandlerleddet. Rammeavtale formål er kjøp av lisenser, forvaltning og rådgivning på lisensavtaler med stort volum til oppdragsgiver sine medlemskommuner. Avtalen omfatter volumlisensavtaler/volumiering (LAR- status). Leverandøren må og tilby lisensforvaltningsportal. Oppdragsgiver vil vektlegge at leverandøren i tillegg kan tilby service og support m.m. i avtaleperioden. Det vil være et krav til leverandøren at det blir levert gode tjenester til enhver tid. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å redusere innkjøpskostnadene, forenkle anskaffelser av lisenser, samt sikre en god administrasjon av disse.
