Anskaffelsen gjelder rammeavtale for kjøp av næringsmiddelgass til Lillestrøm kommune, Nittedal kommune og Aurskog-Høland kommune (heretter samlet kalt oppdragsgiver). Avtalen skal dekke oppdragsgivers løpende behov for næringsmiddelgass, inkludert levering, leie av gassflasker og service- og kontroll av gassanlegg.

Lillestrøm kommune inngår og forvalter avtalen på vegne av de deltakende kommunene.

Estimert samlet kjøp over fire år for alle tre deltakere estimeres til ca kr 2 080 000,-.

Oppdragsgiver informerer om at Nittedal og Aurskog-Høland kommune er nye områder i avtalen og at man derfor ikke har tidligere erfaringstall på forbruk, men at behovet forventes å være økende. Volumangivelser er kun retningsgivende og forplikter ikke oppdragsgiver. For å hensynta KPI-justeringer, stor usikkerhet beheftet med oppgitt estimat og endrede behov, settes maksimalt omfang på denne avtalen til: 3 948 000,-.

Anskaffelsen gjennomføres i henhold til lov om offentlige anskaffelser av 17.06.2016 nr. 73 og forskrift om offentlige anskaffelser av 12.08.2016 nr. 974, del I og III, samt de bestemmelser som framgår av dette konkurransegrunnlaget. Konkurransen gjennomføres som en åpen anbudskonkurranse.

I en åpen anbudskonkurranse kan alle interesserte leverandører gi tilbud.
