Oppdragsgiver forvalter flere kirker, gravplasser og øvrige eiendommer, noe som medfører at oppdragsgiver har et løpende behov for elektromateriell til drift og vedlikehold. Oppdragsgiver skal inngå en rammeavtale med én leverandør, og formålet med anskaffelsen er å sikre at Bergen kirkelige fellesråd får dekket sitt samlede behov for elektromateriell på en effektiv og hensiktsmessig måte. Ved større prosjekter vil oppdragsgiver forespørre leverandør om prosjektpriser, hvor også tilkjøring og levering vil være en viktig del av oppdraget.Oppdragsgiver har i dag en tilsvarende rammeavtale med Onninen som utløper januar 2027. Forventet oppstart på denne rammeavtalen er derfor januar 2027. Avtalen inngås for en periode på to (2) år fra signeringsdato. Oppdragsgiver har opsjon til å forlenge avtalen med ett (1) år av gangen, i inntil to (2) ganger. Maksimal samlet avtaleperiode er fire (4) år. Opsjoner utløses ved skriftlig beskjed av oppdragsgiver minimum tre (3) måneder før utløp. Avtalen opphører automatisk ved utløp av avtaleperioden. Dersom alle opsjoner benyttes er anskaffelsens forventede totalverdi kr. 10 000 000, med et årlig forventede uttak på kr. 2 5000 000. Maksimal kontraktsverdi er kr. 15 000 000. Summen er beregnet på historiske data.
