Renovasjonsselskapet for Drammensregionen IKS (RfD) planlegger å kunngjøre en konkurranse om rammeavtale for el-kontroll og ventilasjonsservice, for sine gjenvinnings- og omlastingsstasjoner. Rammeavtalen vil bestå av to delkontrakter; én kontrakt for kontroll og termografering av elektriske anlegg mv. og én kontrakt for Service og vedlikehold av ventilasjonsanlegg. Som ledd i forberedelsen av konkurransen ønsker oppdragsgiver dialog med markedet før konkurransen kunngjøres.
Formålet med dialogen er å få innspill til konkurransegrunnlaget slik at det blir tydelig, konkurransedyktig og gjennomførbart for leverandørene. Oppdragsgiver ønsker generell tilbakemelding på det vedlagte prisskjemaet og de to kravspesifikasjonene, herunder om noe er uklart, urimelig eller unødvendig kostnadsdrivende.
