Statsforvalteren har behov for å inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør for levering av billeasing av personbiler. Kjøretøyene vil brukes i forbindelse med kontroll- og tilsynsvirksomhet. Denne kontroll- og tilsynsvirksomheten utføres fra kontorlokasjoner i hele Norge. Rammeavtalen skal også inkludere tjenester som dekkhotell, reparasjoner, vedlikehold, forsikring, service og ladebrikke. Kontrakten skal inngås med en totalleverandør for alle tjenester. Dersom det behov, kan leverandøren benytte underleverandør til utførelse av noen av tjenestene.
