Details
Drammen Eiendom KF har til hensikt å inngå rammeavtaler med 3–5 leverandører av arkitekttjenester. Formålet er å sikre tilgang til kvalifisert arkitektfaglig bistand i gjennomføringen av virksomhetens prosjektportefølje de kommende årene. Arkitektene skal bistå Drammen Eiendom KF i både investerings- og vedlikeholdsprosjekter, og oppdragene kan omfatte alle prosjektfaser – fra tidlig idé- og utviklingsfase, via prosjektering og gjennomføring, til ferdigstillelse, overlevering og oppfølging i garantitiden. Byggeprosjektene vil primært administreres av virksomhet Prosjekt. Prosjektporteføljen er variert og består av både nybygg, ombygginger, rehabiliteringer og vedlikeholdstiltak av ulik størrelse og kompleksitet. Antall prosjekter og omfanget av disse vil være avhengig av vedtatte investerings- og driftsbudsjetter i avtaleperioden.
