Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå rammeavtale på rådgivertjenester for bygg og eiendom, for fagområdet; rådgivende ingeniør brann (RIBr). Dette for til enhver tid sikre at fylkeskommunen har tilstrekkelig kapasitet og god kompetanse til gjennomføring av små og store prosjekter. Rammeavtalen skal gjelde for hele Innlandet fylkeskommune og oppdragene vil være spredt over hele Innlandet fylke.
