Details

Gjøvik kommune, Gran kommune, Nordre Land kommune og Søndre Land kommune gjennomfører en felles anskaffelse av velferdsteknologisk utstyr, tilbehør og tilhørende tjenester til helse- og omsorgstjenestene.

Rammeavtalen skal dekke kommunenes løpende behov for blant annet trygghetsalarmer, elektroniske medisindispensere, sensorteknologi og øvrige velferdsteknologiske produkter. Formålet med avtalen er å bidra til trygge, effektive og fremtidsrettede helse- og omsorgstjenester, samt legge til rette for økt mestring, selvstendighet og trygghet for brukerne.

Anskaffelsen inkluderer opsjoner på velferdsteknologisk plattform, responssenter og responstjenester samt pasientvarslingsanlegg. Leveranser under rammeavtalen reguleres gjennom SSA-R som overordnet avtale, med tilhørende avropsavtaler basert på relevante SSA-standarder.

Avtalen er en felles rammeavtale for Gjøvik kommune, Gran kommune, Nordre Land kommune og Søndre Land kommune.

Følgende kommuner er opsjonskommuner med rett, men ingen plikt, til å tiltre rammeavtalen: Vestre Toten kommune, Østre Toten kommune, Nord-Aurdal kommune, Sør-Aurdal kommune, Øystre Slidre kommune, Vestre Slidre kommune, Etnedal kommune, Vang kommune og Eidskog kommune. Det gis ingen garanti for at opsjonskommunene vil tiltre rammeavtalen eller foreta anskaffelser under avtalen.
