Avtalen omfatter i hovedsak brøyting, sandstrøing, ansvar for brøytestikker, feiing og oppkosting. Oppdraget er nærmere beskrevet i konkurransegrunnlagets del III. Avtalen gjelder vintervedlikehold på Gråkallen.Avtalen har en varighet på 2 år fra 01.10.2026, eller fra signeringsdato hvis dette inntreffer senere. Avtalen kan forlenges av oppdragsgiver med 1+1 år. Avtalen har en maksimal varighet på 4 år fra startdato, inkludert forlengelser.Oppdragsgiver forbeholder seg retten til å avlyse konkurransen dersom det foreligger saklig grunn, for eksempel ved bortfall av planlagt finansiering eller manglende godkjenning fra politisk eller militært hold.
