Vanwege de aflopende Overeenkomsten, de verplichting tot het Europees aanbesteden van de Opdracht, de doelmatige besteding van gemeenschapsgelden en de wens van de Aanbestedende dienst om voor de locatie(s) van Opdrachtgever per perceel één Overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer te sluiten, is besloten om deze Aanbestedingsprocedure te starten.
