På bakgrunn av et politisk vedtak skal vi etablere et tidsavgrenset prøveprosjekt som bruker gaming som arena for mestring, relasjonsbygging og læring for ungdom som står utenfor, eller er i risiko for å falle utenfor opplæring, arbeid og ordinære fritidsfellesskap.
Det gjennomføres en forenklet offentlig anskaffelse med sikte på å engasjere to eksterne ideelle aktører, en i nordlige delen av Trøndelag og en i sørlige delen av Trøndelag.
Ungdommer i gamingtilbudet vil rekrutteres fra oppfølgingstjenesten. Det vil være ungdommens ønsker og behov som til en hver tid avgjør behovet for tilbudet. Tilbyder vil få tildelt midler på bakgrunn av antall ungdommer i tilbudet. I praksis kan antall ungdommer som deltar i tilbudet kunne variere mye.
Det kan ikke forventes svar på spørsmål før 3.august.
