Current ATM View - PRQ0004869 Provision of Personal Health Assessments Sydney APRA is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive health assessment services for our employees. The goal is to promote the physical and psychological well-being of our employees through a three-tiered personal health assessment approach, that reflects the relative health risks and position of our employees: • Comprehensive health assessment for Executive staff and employees > 50 years • Mid-level health assessment for employees aged 40 – 49 years • Screening health assessment for employees ages < 40 years Ensure that the completed response form and proposal are included with your submission.
