Provision of Security & Stewarding Services

Hull City Council (the Authority) is seeking tenders from suitable and qualified bidders for the provision of security and stewarding services to the Authority and its associated organisations. The Authority has a corporate wide requirement to provide security services to support and protect its assets, workforce, tenants and public. The procurement will be a competitive flexible procedure consisting of two stages. The procurement will be split into two lots. Lot 1 - Security and Steward for Events and Lot 2 - Security for Property and Buildings. Total estimated annual contract value for Lot 1 is £350,000.00. Total estimated annual contract value for Lot 2 is £450,000.00. Estimated contract(s) start date January 2027. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
