Provision of Legal Advisory Services (Firm) for the timbuktoo Initiative Kigali

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Rwanda is seeking proposals from qualified legal services firms to provide legal advisory support for the implementation of the timbuktoo Initiative , a Pan-African innovation and entrepreneurship initiative implemented by UNDP. The selected legal services firm will provide timely and high-quality legal support, including legal review and advice on agreements, partnerships, contractual arrangements, governance matters, regulatory considerations, due diligence requirements and other legal issues arising from the implementation of the Initiative. The assignment requires a firm with demonstrated experience in providing legal advisory services, preferably within development, innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, investment or related sectors. Interested and qualified firms are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements and instructions provided in the solicitation documents. Firms wishing to participate should review the Terms of Reference and all applicable submission requirements and submit their complete proposal through the UNDP Quantum Supplier Portal before the indicated deadline. Requests for clarification should be submitted through the portal messaging functionality within the specified period.
