Please note that the deadline for your Proposal to be received by the ITU is no later than 23 October 2026 at 15:00 (Geneva Time). Late Proposals will be rejected. Bidders wishing to receive a written response should address any queries pertaining to the subject RFQ through the "correspondence" function of the e-tendering system by 20 October 2026 at 15:00 Geneva Time.
