Details

Les obres consisteixen en la rehabilitació de la coberta de l’edifici municipal, consistents en la retirada completa de la impermeabilització existent i l’execució d’un nou sistema d’impermeabilització que garanteix l’estanquitat de la coberta i la correcta conservació de l’immoble. El contracte inclou actuacions complementàries consistents en la instal·lació d’una pica a l’interior del magatzem per facilitat les tasques de neteja dels estris de la brigada municipal, així com la prolongació de la xemeneia de la caldera de biomassa per reduir les molèsties que genera la seva alçada actual a les persones que transiten per la zona.
