Dur a terme el conjunt d’actuacions prèvies d’ enderroc necessàries per assolir la renovació integral de part de les soleres antigues de l’àmbit del magatzem-aparcament del parc de vehicles municipals de l’Ajuntament de Sabadell a l’interior del recinte de Can Marcet, concretament la superfície que ocupen les actuals oficines tècniques que quedaran prèviament enderrocades i la capa de solera de regruix on es sustenten, adequant les instal·lacions existents, la instal·lació d’un menjador laboral i uns vestuaris prefabricats per continuar donant servei als treballadors de logística i les actuacions d’enderroc i estintolament de la façana orientada al carrer Riu-Sec per a la instal·lació d’una altre porta d’ accés de vehicles. La ocupació actual de les oficines a enderrocar es tornarà a fer servir com a magatzem-aparcament de vehicles municipals.
