The HiQi Project, funded by the Debt2Health programme and a grant from the Government of Germany, aims to improve healthcare delivery in Sri Lanka by enhancing digital health infrastructure. As part of this project, this Request for Quotation is publish with the aim to hire a qualified service provider for the "Production of ten (10) standardized, high-quality educational videos on conduct of clinical procedures and performs for pre-service midwifery training for the Ministry of Health" . -----
