1. The Volta River Authority intends to apply part of the funds received from the European Investment Bank (EIB) toward the financing of the Kpong Generating Station Retrofit Project (KGSRP), for the payments of the following contracts, for which this Invitation for Tenders (IFT) is issued:

The Volta River Authority now invites Sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified entities or persons (Tenderers) to provide the supplies referenced above. 2. More details on the requirements are provided in the Tender Documents accompanying this IFT. 3. Tendering will be conducted through the EIB procurement procedures and is open to all eligible Tenderers as defined in the EIB’s Guide to Procurement. 4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from the office of the address stated above, from 09:00 to 15:00 hours GMT, each working day from September 25, 2026 to November 4, 2026 by interested and eligible tenderers, upon the submission of a written application and evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of GHS1,200.00 Equiv. For locally registered interested and eligible firms, the payment of GHS1,200.00 equivalent to the non-refundable fee of USD100.00 is to be made at the VRA Finance Office in Akuse. 6. The deadline for submission of Tenders is as indicated on the table below.
