| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required | : | A. Company Profile & Experience Bangladesh-based firm with =10 years’ experience in software design, development, implementation & maintenance, preferably for government/large private organizations. ERP hardware supply & installation experience =BDT 5 crore under one assignment. At least one completed ERP project =Tk. 16.5 crore within last 5 years, with completion certificate & references. Experience in ERP architecture, UI/UX, database/data management, API & system/payment integration. ISO 9001/27001 and CMMI Level 3+ preferred. JVCA: executed agreement; maximum 4 partners; Lead Partner must have the highest share and =40%. B. Financial Capacity Minimum cumulative turnover of Tk. 12.9 crore during last three financial years, supported by audited financial statements. Net worth must be positive, as demonstrated by the latest audited financial statements. C.
