Tarm ve Orman Bakanl, Bitkisel Üretim Genel Müdürlüü Türkiye'de Depremden Etkilenen llerde Tarm Sektörünün yiletirilmesi Projesi (TARDP) giderlerinin karlanmas için Dünya Bankas'ndan finansman temin etmitir. Temin edilen bu finansman tutarnn bir bölümünü " Tardip Projesi Kapsamndaki Ar-Ge Faaliyetleri çin Biçerdöver Temini " iinin sözlemeleri kapsamndaki ödemeler için kullanacaktr. 2. T.C. Tarm ve Orman Bakanl - Bitkisel Üretim Genel Müdürlüü, söz konusu 1 Kalem Alet Makine Alm için uygun olan teklif sahiplerini kapal teklif sunmaya davet etmektedir. 3. hale, Dünya Bankas'nn "IPF Borçlular için Satn Alma Düzenlemelerinde" Eylül 2023 versiyon tarihli IPF Borçlular için Satn Alma Düzenlemelerinde belirtilen ekilde Teklife Çar (RfB) yaplarak ulusal rekabetçi ihale yöntemiyle gerçekletirilecek olup, Satn Alma Düzenlemelerinde tanmlanan tüm uygun steklilere açktr. 4. lgilenen uygun istekliler Bitkisel Üretim Genel Müdür Çayr, Mera ve Yem Bitkileri Daire Bakanlndan daha fazla bilgi alabilir ve aada belirtilen adreste mesai saatleri dâhilinde (09:00 – 18:00). ihale dokümanlarn inceleyebilir. 5. lgilenen istekliler Türkçe olarak hazrlanan ihale dokümann https://www.tarimorman.gov.tr/BUGEM ve https://tardip.tarimorman.gov.tr adresinden temin edebilirler. 6. Tüm tekliflerin beraberinde Geçici Teminat sunulmas gerekmekte olup, 500.000,00 TL veya ABD Dolar veya edeeri tutarlarnda geçici teminat mektubu sunulacaktr. Geçici teminatn çevrilmesinde uygulanacak kur, T.C. Merkez Bankas tarafndan teklif açma tarihinden yirmi sekiz gün önceki son i günü saat 15.30'da resmen ilan edilen benzer ilemler için kurulmu döviz sat kurlar olacaktr. 7. Teklifler, 22/10/2026 saat 10:00 veya öncesinde aadaki adrese her sayfas kaeli ve imzal olarak hazrlanacak, ayrca pdf olarak taranarak usb bellek içinde kapal zarf içinde teslim edilmelidir. Elektronik Teklif Vermeye izin verilmeyecektir. Teklifler teklif tarihinden itibaren 90 gün geçerli olacaktr. Geç gelen teklifler kabul edilmeyecektir. Teklifler, 22/10/2026 Saat 10:30 de aadaki adreste orada bulunmak isteyen Teklif Sahibi Temsilcilerinin önünde açlacaktr. 8. T.C. Tarm ve Orman Bakanl, Satn Alma Düzenlemeleri uyarnca, baarl bulunan teklif sahibinin yararlanma hakkna dair bilgileri, Sözleme lanna ek olarak, ihale dokümanlarnda bulunan Yararlanma Hakk Beyan Formunu kullanarak paylamakla yükümlüdür. 9. Bu ihale, 4734 sayl Kamu hale Kanununa ve 4735 sayl Kamu hale Sözlemeleri Kanununa tabi deildir.
