ประกาศบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ทะเบียนเลขที่ 0107544000108 PR เลขที่ 1141000606 ครั้งที่ 2 เรื่อง จัดจ้างปรับปรุง Process และ Safety Control แท่น PRP เพื่อให้สามารถขนส่งก๊าซธรรมชาติได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและปลอดภัย ด้วยบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) มีความประสงค์ที่จะประมูลเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร จัดจ้างปรับปรุง Process และ Safety Control แท่น PRP เพื่อให้สามารถขนส่งก๊าซธรรมชาติได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและปลอดภัย สถานที่ส่งมอบ ณ ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด ที่แท่น PTT Riser Platform กำหนดส่งมอบ 10. การส่งมอบงาน (แบบงวด) กำหนดการส่งมอบ ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนด ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาติให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ งวดเดียว ภายใน 120 วัน (ไม่เว้นวันหยุด) นับถัดจากวันที่ให้เริ่มดำเนินการส่งมอบงาน/สินค้า ตามหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มงาน ตามเงื่อนไขรายละเอียดรูปแบบและเอกสารแนบท้าย ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของประกาศ ดังนี้ - รายละเอียดตามข้อกำหนด ปตท. - ตัวอย่างหนังสือมอบอำนาจ - ตัวอย่างแบบหนังสือค้ำประกันธนาคาร - แนวทางการปฏิบัติอย่างยั่งยืนผู้ค้า ปตท. - แบบฟอร์มใบเสนอราคา 1 ชุด 1 แผ่น 1 แผ่น 1 ชุด 1 ชุด ผู้สนใจติดต่อขอซื้อรายละเอียดได้ในราคาชุดละ - บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 02 ตุลาคม 2569 จนถึงวันที่ 09 ตุลาคม 2569 ระหว่างเวลา 09:00 -15:30 น. ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ ณ สถานที่ดังนี้ - ส่วนจัดหาและบริหารพัสดุ ศูนย์ปฎิบัติการชลบุรี เลขที่ 59 ม.8 ถ.บายพาส ต.นาป่า อ.เมือง จ.ชลบุรี
