Scope of Work (SoW): Printing of UNDP Logo on Tarpaulins

1. Introduction This Scope of Work (SoW) defines the requirements for the printing of UNDP logos on plastic tarpaulins provided by UNDP. The tarpaulins, with dimensions of 6 × 4 m, shall be made available by UNDP to the selected Contractor at Al-Rimal Al-Taybeh Warehouses in Deir Al-Balah, where all printing works shall be carried out. An average quantity of approximately 120 tarpaulins per day shall be made available for printing, and the Contractor shall complete the printing of the allocated daily quantity within the same day, unless otherwise instructed by UNDP. The Contractor shall provide and mobilize all labour, printing materials, inks, equipment, tools, and other resources necessary to successfully complete the printing works at the designated warehouse, in accordance with the BOQ, approved sample, attached drawing, and Contract requirements. 2. Project Objective The objective of this project is to provide clear, durable, and high-quality printing of UNDP logos on UNDP-provided tarpaulins, in accordance with the approved drawing and required specifications. 3. Scope of Works The Contractor shall perform all activities necessary to complete the printing works, including: 3.1 Handling and Protection 3.2 Printing Works 3.3 Sample and Quality Control 3.4 Protection of Tarpaulins 3.5 Completion and Final Acceptance The project duration is 2 Months
