Objet : Le présent règlement de consultation a pour objet de définir les conditions de la phase candidature de la consultation relative à la refonte de l’application FUNYMOP. Le soumissionnaire retenu à l’issue de la procédure pour les prestations définies dans le présent règlement, sera titulaire d’un marché mis en place par le CEA. Le marché a pour objet la refonte d’une application, lot unique qui ne peut pas faire l’objet d’un allotissement conformément à l’article L. 2113 -10 du Code de la commande publique.
