Details
Per tal d'apropar l'activitat física a determinats sectors de la població amb necessitats molt concretes i limitades, així com per a donar a conèixer hàbits saludables, es va crear el projecte Anem a Caminar. Consisteix en la realització de sessions d’activitat física, des de diferents Centres d’ Atenció Primària conjuntament amb les Àrees Bàsiques de Salut, dirigides a persones amb problemes crònics per tal de millorar la seva salut i condició física, amb un treball disciplinari amb els metges i infermers/es. També es fomentarà la interacció entre tots/es els/les participants per incidir en aspectes psico-emocionals.
