Forsvarsmateriell (FMA) er oppdragsgiver og har til hensikt å inngå en rammeavtale med inntil en leverandører som skal dekke Forsvarets behov for originale luft- og væskefiltre. Rammeavtalen vil også omfatte inntil 250 timer rådgivning og teknisk støtte pr år.Leverandøren er forpliktet til å levere originale luft- og væskefiltre som er produsert eller godkjent av produsenten av motorer/utstyr der filtrene skal brukes. Artikler som naturlig faller inn under rammeavtalens virkeområde skal ved behov kunne inntas i kontraktsomfanget om oppdragsgiver ønsker det. Det samme gjelder erstatningsprodukter og andre produkter som naturlig hører sammen med det avtalen omfatter.
