1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie wielobranżowej dokumentacji projektowej wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego nad niniejszą dokumentacją oraz wykonanie na jej podstawie rekonstrukcji dolnokredowej studni nr 5 na ujęciu wody Zbiorniki Stoki poprzez wykonanie nowego otworu zastępczego 5bis i likwidację otworu istniejącego. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia, stanowiącym Załączniki nr 9a i 9b do SWZ oraz zapisami projektu umowy zawartymi w Załączniku nr 10 do SWZ.
