Zakup, dostawa i instalacja tomografu komputerowego w ramach Projektu nr LTPL00443 pn. „Radiology Across Borders” (Radiologia ponad granicami) dofinansowany ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Programu Współpracy Interreg VI-A Litwa – Polska 2021 – 2027 Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, montaż, instalacja i uruchomienie fabrycznie nowego, nieregenerowanego, nie powystawowego tomografu komputerowego, zwanego dalej towarem, wyprodukowanego w 2026 r. oraz prace adaptacyjne pomieszczeń pracowni TK, wykonanie dokumentacji ochrony radiologicznej pracowni TK Zamawiającego, a także przeszkolenie osób wskazanych przez Zamawiającego w zakresie obsługi dostarczonego towaru. Przedmiot zamówienia jest musi uwzględniać wymagania w zakresie dostępności dla osób niepełno-sprawnych w tym personelu Zamawiającego. Zamawiający zaleca udział w wizji lokalnej.
