1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług telekomunikacyjnych pomiędzy siecią PSTN, a PZŁ SWD PRM w technologii SS7. W ramach realizacji umowy, zadaniem Wykonawcy będzie utrzymanie świadczenia następujących usług telekomunikacyjnych: 1) kierowanie wywołań głosowych na numer alarmowy 999, realizowanych przez abonentów mobilnych i stacjonarnych, do właściwego terytorialnie OR zgodnie z Tablicami NKA; 2) aktualizowanie Tablic NKA; 3) zapewnienie realizacji usługi połączeń przychodzących (na numery inne niż numer alarmowy 999) i wychodzących realizowanych w ramach PZŁ SWD PRM; 4) zapewnienie przekierowania ruchu, w przypadku braku dostępności OR lub niemożności dostarczenia połączenia, do OR zastępującego; 5) utrzymanie aktualnie wykorzystywanej puli 100 numerów identyfikującej województwo dla 17 Lokalizacji; 6) budowa łączy do kolejnej Lokalizacji wraz z zapewnieniem puli 100 numerów identyfikującej województwo dla nowej Lokalizacji. 2.
