1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Zakup usług subskrypcji oraz serwisu pogwarancyjnego dla urządzeń Palo Alto”. 2. Wspólny Słownik Zamówień CPV: 72260000-5, 72220000-3, 72100000-6. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia nie został podzielony na części. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. 4. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do Specyfikacji. 5. Sposób realizacji zamówienia określa projekt Umowy stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do Specyfikacji. 6. Miejsce realizacji: Centrala NFZ, ul. Rakowiecka 26/30, 02-528 Warszawa. 7. Termin realizacji zamówienia wynosi 18 miesięcy od daty udzielenia subskrypcji, wskazanej na protokole odbioru certyfikatu, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ. Wykonawca, w terminie 7 dni od dnia zawarcia Umowy, zapewni Subskrypcję Oprogramowania i przekaże Zamawiającemu certyfikat umożliwiający jej weryfikację u producenta. Odbiór certyfikatu potwierdzony zostanie protokołem odbioru dostarczonym w terminie nie dłuższym niż 7 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy.
