1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wdrażanie i rozwój systemów teleinformatycznych związanych z działaniami MZ/CeZ (P1/P2). Integracja systemu HiS w zakresie centralnej eRejestracji oraz innymi systemami centralnymi, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa oraz wymaganiami określonymi przez właściwe instytucje publiczne. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1) analizę przedwdrożeniową systemu teleinformatycznego Zamawiającego; 2) opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej i technicznej; 3) udzielenie licencji na rzecz Zamawiającego na korzystanie z Interfejsu do Centralnej e-rejestracji; 4) wdrożenie i konfigurację e-usługi Centralna e-Rejestracja (CeR-P1) - uruchomienie komunikacji systemu AMMS z systemem CeR; 5) testy funkcjonalne, integracyjne i bezpieczeństwa; 6) szkolenia administratorów i użytkowników; 7) uruchomienie produkcyjne e-usługi; 8) zapewnienie wsparcia powdrożeniowego i utrzymania. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (SOPZ) zawarty został w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
