1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odnowienie subskrypcji Red Hat. 2) Szczegółowe określenie przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Części II SWZ oraz Części IV SWZ. 3) Jeżeli w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia Zamawiający wskazał znaki towarowe, patenty, pochodzenie, źródło, normy, oceny techniczne, specyfikacje techniczne lub systemy referencji technicznych, należy je rozumieć jako wskazaniu towarzyszą wyrazy „lub równoważne”. Zamawiający dopuszcza zaoferowanie rozwiązań równoważnych, pod warunkiem że będą one posiadały parametry techniczne, jakościowe, funkcjonalne i użytkowe co najmniej równoważne z wymaganymi przez Zamawiającego. 4) Wykonawca, który powołuje się na rozwiązania równoważne, jest zobowiązany udowodnić w ofercie, że oferowane rozwiązanie w równoważnym stopniu spełniają wymagania określone przez Zamawiającego w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia.
