1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa subskrypcji produktów oprogramowania standardowego platformy oraz pakietów oprogramowania dodatkowego w ramach programów licencyjnych: Enrollment for Education Solutions, Enterprise Agreement Subscription - Goverment oraz Enterprise Agreement Subscription – Commercial lub oprogramowania równoważnego w okresie IV Cyklów Rozliczeniowych, na rzecz podmiotów Sieci Badawczej Łukasiewicz określonych w § 1 Projektowanych Postanowień Umowy (dalej PPU) - załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym poszczególne programy licencyjne i liczby subskrypcji przypisane do każdego z programów licencyjnych, rodzaj Oprogramowania oraz opis równoważności określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ – opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej OPZ) oraz załącznik nr 4 do SWZ – projektowane postanowienia umowy (dalej PPU).
