1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa z siedzibą w Warszawie (al. Jana Pawła II 70, 00-175 Warszawa), zwanej dalej „Zamawiającym” Usługi ATiK dla Oprogramowania wymienionego w Załączniku nr 1 do projektowanych postanowień umowy (dalej: ppu) stanowiących Załącznik nr 7 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (dalej: SWZ), zgodnie z ogólnymi zasadami Producenta oraz ppu. 2. Zamawiający uprawniony będzie do korzystania z Usługi ATiK na podstawie Umowy przez 36 miesięcy począwszy od daty podpisania Protokołu Rozpoczęcia Świadczenia Usługi ATiK, o którym mowa w § 4 ust. 2 ppu (nie wcześniej jednak niż od dnia 01 lutego 2027 r. – dzień następujący po dniu wygaśnięcia posiadanego przez Zamawiającego wsparcia dla Oprogramowania) do dnia 31 stycznia 2030 r. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia nastąpiło na warunkach i zasadach określonych w ppu wraz z załącznikami stanowiących Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
