Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wdrożenie systemów klasy PIM i PAM w ramach infrastruktury technicznej Gminy Miasta Gdańska wraz z usługami rozwoju oraz utrzymania. Przedmiot zamówienia będzie realizowany w ramach Zakresu Podstawowego Umowy wraz z możliwością realizacji Zakresu Opcjonalnego Umowy. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) Zakres Podstawowy (zgodnie z definicją w IPU): a) Etap 1: Analiza przedwdrożeniowa, b) Etap 2: Wdrożenie Systemu (wsparcie), c) Etap 3: Usługi Utrzymania świadczone w ramach Gwarancji. 2) Zakres Opcjonalny (zgodnie z definicją w IPU): a) Etap 4: Usługi Zamawiane 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, ilości oraz warunki realizacji określa Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia („OPZ”) oraz Istotne Postanowienia Umowy („IPU”).
