Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje prace związane z zimowym utrzymaniem dróg gminnych (poza drogami wojewódzkimi i powiatowymi) oraz ciągów pieszo-rowerowych, chodników i parkingów w Kobyłce poprzez odśnieżanie oraz usuwanie gołoledzi i śliskości zimowej. Przedmiot zamówienia jest podzielony na dwie części: część I: utrzymanie dróg gminnych w Kobyłce poprzez odśnieżanie oraz usuwanie gołoledzi i śliskości zimowej ulic, część II: utrzymanie ciągów pieszo-rowerowych, chodników i parkingów poprzez odśnieżanie oraz usuwanie gołoledzi i śliskości zimowej.
