Przedmiotem zamówienia jest robota budowlana polegająca na wykonaniu budynku Sądu Rejonowego w Łukowie przy ul. Ostrobramskiej na działce nr ew. 10987/5, obręb 0003 wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą i zagospodarowaniem terenu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
Lots Lot 1 — BUDOWA BUDYNKU SĄDU REJONOWEGO W ŁUKOWIE: Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie budynku Sądu Rejonowego w Łukowie przy ul. Ostrobramskiej na działce nr ew. 10987/5, obręb 0003 wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą i zagospodarowaniem terenu. Roboty zostaną wykonane w oparciu o decyzję pozwoleniu na budowę nr 819/2025 z dnia 17.11.2025 r. uzyskanej na podstawie projektu budowlanego sporządzonego przez Konopińscy Sp. z o.o. ul. Ciepielowska 10, 04-967 Warszawa. Roboty budowlane mają być wykonane zgodnie z wymaganiami opisanymi w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Udzielenie Zamawiającemu gwarancji na warunkach określonych w umowie, której wzór stanowi załączniki nr 2 do SWZ.
