Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest modernizacja oczyszczalni ścieków w miejscowości Rzeck w gminie Biskupiec zlokalizowanej na działkach nr 71/3 i 72/3 w obrębie Rzeck w gminie Biskupiec w ramach realizacji projektu pn. Modernizacja oczyszczalni ścieków w Rzecku w gminie Biskupiec. w ramach działania FENX.01.03 Gospodarka wodno‐ściekowa, priorytetu FENX.01 Wsparcie sektorów energetyka i środowisko z Funduszu Spójności, programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027, realizowanych w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj. Zamówienie zostało podzielona na następujące etapy: 1.1. I etap: wykonanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej, 1.2. II etap: wykonanie robót budowlanych.
